maybe all it takes is a little kid telling you something you need to hear to finally get it.
my brother told me today that i'm 'not like anyone', i'm 'different from anyone'.
when i asked him why he just said 'because you're happy'
and when i think about it, i probably am happier than a lot of people out there.
my perspective has been so off.
by viewing myself as happy, i AM happy. maybe it really is as simple as changing my mind and choosing to look at myself differently.
